Bread vs stone

I came across this prayer in the middle of this CD I got from Nidus -- Aradhna, this crazy Indian devotional stuff; if you were at church this past Sunday they were playing their music pre-service. It's really life-giving.

If you hear the call of faith, and you feel a tightness in your heart that wishes to resist that call, let go of it. Because it says in the Scripture that, if you ask for bread, He will not give you a stone. He will give you the good that your heart has been longing for. He will give you the peace that your heart has been longing for. He will give you the hope that your heart has been longing for.
